Pure Dream Life was born from an unexpected convergence of healing and culinary arts. Our journey began when Alexus, seeking wellness through natural healing, found herself drawn to the therapeutic power of food and the nurturing aspect of hospitality. Her path led her from opening a wellness center to exploring Ayurvedic cooking in the Bahamas, and finally to a healing center in Nicaragua where she deepened her understanding of food as medicine.

Meanwhile, Francisco was developing his culinary craft in Limón, on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast. Growing up cooking alongside his mother, he combined his professional hospitality training with an intuitive approach to cooking, always focusing on fresh ingredients and vibrant tropical flavors.

When Alexus chose Costa Rica for her next chapter, fate brought them together in Tamarindo. Soon they were not just business partners but life partners, their marriage as natural as their shared passion for creating extraordinary experiences through food. They started small—cooking Costa Rican meals in the U.S. during visits, then running a beloved Caribbean food stand at the local night market.

Everything changed with their first corporate retreat catering opportunity. They realized they could combine Francisco's culinary expertise and Alexus's talent for creating therapeutic experiences into something truly unique: luxury events that feed both body and soul.
